Yes. We are in-network with Guardian dental plans. Guardian’s PPO plans use its DentalGuard Preferred network. Seeing an in-network office usually keeps your share of the bill lower, and we file the claim for you.
Preventive care — cleanings and exams and digital X-rays — is typically covered at or near 100%. Basic care like fillings is often covered around 70–80%, and major care such as a pulpotomy (baby root canal) often closer to 50%.
One Guardian feature to ask about: many group plans include Maximum Rollover®. If your child has at least one paid claim during the year and stays under the plan’s claims threshold, Guardian moves part of the unused annual maximum into a personal Maximum Rollover Account for future years. If your plan has it, regular preventive visits may help you build a cushion for future treatment. Whether your plan includes it depends on your employer’s design.
